Public notices about legal orders
Here you can find copies of any public path order and definitive map modification orders made in Suffolk (with the exception of any public path orders made by Ipswich Borough Council).
The orders are listed under the name of the authority that made them. Definitive map modification orders are only made by the County Council. Public path orders may be made by the relevant district or borough council and by the County Council.
Each order includes a schedule and a map showing the effects the order will have if it is confirmed, there is also a notice giving details of the objection period and an accompanying explanatory statement. There will be a copy of the confirmed order and the confirmation notice when an order has been confirmed. A confirmed order will remain on the web page until it comes into operation and the working copy definitive map has been updated to show its effects.
